Computerized prepress
Preparation of the printing form is carried out using the technique of lighting panels CTP (computer to plate).
CTP system is supported by the RIP (raster image processor), which achieve the appropriate treatment and preparation of files for lighting. CTP lines prevents duplication of any delays caused by errors in any of the above systems.
Errors discovered in the files and eliminate the built-in verification form in advance and before making offset plates.
Printing machines are used from well known manufacturers Heidelberg
and Roland.
We provide also personalisation with digital print.
Offset printing is performed by using multicolour machines. All printing machines, other than a two-color machine B1 (70×100 cm),are the B2 format and increased format 52.5×74 cm.
With the introduction of standardization of the print we can provide repeatability and we can satisfy a very demanding market.
Print finishing
For folding printed leaflets we use different folding machines trade names Mathias Bauerle.
Folding and gluing various instructions and other printed documents,which we exercise in a very small size, we use the machine manufacturers Guk and Vijuk.
Prints we exercise from the format A3 (29.7×64 cm) on size 8.4×3.8 cm. We mostly are folding paper 40, 50 and 60 g/m2.
Pasteboard boxes – finishing
After the print of boxes is done, next steps are following in the cutting machine for perforating, slicing, folding and manufacture of embossing the printed cardboard sheets. For all these operations, including with gluing leaflets, we are using newer machines world-renowned manufacturer of Bobst.
At the adhesive machine, a device for the transfer of Braille fonts is installed.
Capacity for gluing is up to 100,000 per hour, some even more, depends on the size of the boxes.
Varnishing, folioprint
The possibility of printing with UV varnish to use different paint effects:
– Painting with two varnishes at the same time,
– Effects of pigment particles in the polish
– We also offer partial coating,
– Gold print, laminating
– Foliotisk packaging and boxes
This procedure allows to achieve different effects, namely that of other printing technologies can not be achieved. There are several kinds of colors, from gold to silver and holographic foil.
